Dominion Park in Virginia. Events include Friday and
Saturday night concerts and two days in the Park! Cost
of the trip is going to be around $175 - but we are
buying concert tickets now before they sell out. Sign up
ASAP! We can take up to 40 people, including adult
servant-leaders. Once you sign up, please provide a $70
deposit (using an envelope on Amy's door) within 10
days or your spot may be given to someone else.
Youth Fellowship
It's a new year and a new schedule for youth group. Middle school will meet from 6:00 to 8:00 and high school will meet
from 7:00-9:00. The overlapping time will be "Half Time." We'll eat, play crazy games, and talk about upcoming events during the
overlap.
Youth Ministry Team
The Youth Ministry Team is a team of youth and adults whil will plan and carry out the youth ministry of RUMC. Join us
as we continue on our adventure of "attracting and inspiring youth to be alive for Jesus and 'make a Jesus kind of difference'." We will
meet on the first Saturday of every month from 10:00am - 12:00pm beginning March 1st. Contact Amy for more info.
FFFM -
Our brand new UMW circle, FFFM (pronounced "Triple-F-M"), officially started on February 4, 2008. We meet on Mondays, and
the circle is for middle school and high school girls who are interested in growing in faith while still having fun. Our
focus is on Faith, Friends, Fun, and Missions, hence our name. We are already talking about our first mission project! Join
us after school on Mondays after school in the church library for a fun-filled afternoon. After school snacks are provided
and we end at 4:00 p.m. Contact Amy (410-487-1633 x4) if you need a ride.
Recycle - Help fund our mission trips!
There's a new dumpster out back! The new dumpster
for paper recycling is located beside the green dumpster in the parking lot. We get money for the paper we recycle, and the money
will go to help fund our summer mission trips. It's that simple: bring in your paper, newspapers, and magazines and we get cash
to help fund our missions.
