J.O.Y's Mission Project - The Carroll County Safe House
It's a new year and we have a new list of wants and needs:
- Personal hygiene items (shampoo, conditioner, and deodorant)
- Fun "girly" things (nail polish and remover, make-up and hair accessories)
- Robes and slippers (most frequently requested item)
- Laundry detergent
- Crafts (paint sets, knitting supplies, etc.)
- Alarm clocks, CD's and CD players
- Subscription to magazines, Baltimore Sun and Carroll County Times
- Phone cards
*Please note that all wearable items must be new. Many items can be purchased at area Dollar Stores at very reasonable prices. Family and
Children Services, which sponsors the Safe House, is very grateful for these donation. These items, as well as monetary contributions, will be
collected during February and March. Contact Carol Hoffman.
